We ate here for dinner last night and I ordered the steak and shrimp parmesean. The steak was so rubbery that I could barely cut it, it took me a few MINUTES to even cut off the first bite. I actually checked the steak knife to see if I was holding it upside down. ai attempted to chew the bite and it was like eating a piece of rubber, I couldn't even bite thru it. I attempted a piece from the middle hoping it was better but it was all that terrible.I got the waitress and showed her how you couldnt even cut thru the steak and she got a new one. I expected it yo just be a flyke because I have had decent steaks here in the past. Unfortunately the 2nd steak was also just a huge piece of gristle. When the waitresss returned I showed her that this steak was also terrible and she apologized and I expected her to get a manager. But she did not and just brought our bill with my 18$ unedible steak still on it. We returned our dishes with the full grisly steak still on my plate. I am very disappointed that it wasnt dealt with. That can't be an isolated incident. While I was there I saw 2 others return steaks.
