    45 mins before I was greeted. No hello, just one moment, nothing. Then stared at their screen and then my phone for 2-3 minutes and told me they couldn't do anything about my issue with my device. Never asked for the number on the account nor a name for it. Worst customer service experience I have had. I will not step foot into this location again. I will drive the 45 mins to Montrose by Summit mall if I have any issues.
